Nikitas Kanellakopoulos, a senior at Monta Vista High School is ecstatic to represent all 250,000 members of FBLA as its national president. Throughout his six years in FBLA, Nikitas has served as a Middle-Level officer, high school, and state officer. His competitive success includes placing first in California in the Business Ethics competition, as well as placing fourth in the nation in the Parliamentary Procedures competition. Nikitas believes that this already amazing organization can be taken to the highest levels of success by working with the members to focus the national officer team's efforts on things that matter to the membership.

Rachel Ford, a junior from Siloam Springs, Arkansas, is excited to serve the over 250,000 members of FBLA this upcoming year. She has served in many offices in Arkansas FBLA, including state parliamentarian and state secretary. Rachel was previously on the National Parliamentarian’s Council and has completed the Leader level of the Business Achievement Awards. Rachel looks forward to increasing involvement at the national level, improving communication between all levels of FBLA, and restarting the National Secretary’s Council. She is very excited to be a part of FBLA Igniting Innovation!

CJ Severson, a senior at Hidden Valley High School in Grants Pass, Oregon, is humbled and honored to serve as your national treasurer. After experiencing his first National Leadership Conference in Nashville, a spark was ignited inside of CJ that fueled his goal and dream to become a national officer. CJ has served on the local, state, and national levels. He was a two-term local officer, is currently in his second term of state office, and he served on the national Western Region board. CJ is thrilled to serve you to the best of his abilities to help “Ignite Innovation” in FBLA!

Brendan Hopkins, your National Parliamentarian, is a senior at Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Brendan has held several leadership positions in FBLA including vice president of his local chapter, president of his region, and parliamentarian of his state. In addition, he has participated on the Eastern Region Executive Board and the National Parliamentarian’s Council. Brendan has competed at the national level in FBLA for the last three years, placing third in Introduction to Parliamentary Procedure. He looks forward to networking with other FBLA members, spreading awareness of parliamentary procedure, and helping to ensure that FBLA has yet another successful year!

Jash Patel is a senior at Lakeland High School in New York. After attending his first National Leadership Conference, he was blown away by the 8,000 members in attendance and he sought out to do his utmost to help this organization thrive. As a four-year member, Jash has served at the local, state, and national levels. He plans to bring his experience as New York State FBLA president, Eastern Region treasurer, and member of the Eastern Region Executive Board to the entire nation. Jash has also earned various state awards, membership awards, and Business Achievement Awards (BAA). Jash looks forward to helping each member discover the leader within him or her and Ignite Innovation throughout the entire nation.

Brent Comstock, a senior at Auburn High School in Auburn, Nebraska, is honored to serve as your Mountain Plains Region vice president. As a National Officer, Brent looks forward to promoting membership benefits and programs to help you ignite innovation this year! He has served as a local officer, state vice president, Mountains Plains Regional Executive Board member, and national president’s assistant. Brent is active in his school’s fine arts program and serves on the Nebraska Governor’s Youth Advisory Council. Brent looks forward to leading with impact and using his FBLA experience and your ideas in the Mountain Plains Region!

Bailey Morrison, a junior at Gallatin R-V High School, is very honored to have been elected your North Central vice president. Apart from FBLA, she is actively involved in basketball and track, as well as FCCLA and the National Honor Society. She has held offices for two years in her local FBLA chapter, and is currently the secretary of District I in Missouri FBLA. Bailey has qualified for nationals the past two years in events including Introduction to Parliamentary Procedures and Parliamentary Procedures. She is excited to serve FBLA this year and help members ignite their own innovation!

Collin Potter
FBLA Southern Region Vice President Montgomery County Area Technology Center, KY fblasrvp@fbla.org Collin Potter, a senior at Montgomery County Area Technology Center in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, is delighted to serve as your Southern Region vice president. Collin’s FBLA career has included local, regional, state, and national officer positions. Along with being an FBLA competitor, Collin has served as a local parliamentarian and president, regional parliamentarian, two-term state vice president, and a member of the Southern Region Board. He is also involved in Mock Trial, Student Council, Y-Club, Beta Club, and National Honors Society. Collin looks forward to sharing a great year Igniting Innovation with the members and advisers of our great organization.

Matthew Edgington, a junior at Galena High School in Reno, Nevada, is honored to serve the members of FBLA as the 2012-2013 national Western Region vice President. Matthew has been actively involved in FBLA since he was in middle school and attended in first State Conference when he was in 8th grade. As a two time local officer, State Northern Region Vice President, and State Executive Vice President, Matthew brings extensive experience and background to FBLA. His whimsical, but serious, personality is a positive attribute to FBLA. Aside from FBLA Matthew plays varsity golf, and is an avid table tennis player. His extracurricular activities push him to be the best leader he can be, both on and off the FBLA playing field. For the coming year Matthew plans to unify the Western Region so that all members can truly be Igniting Innovation.
