Blake Reynolds
Professional Division National President
Document Production Specialist, The Brattle Group

Blake Reynolds, originally from Buxton, Maine, is the Document Production Specialist for The Brattle Group, a leading economic and financial consulting firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Previously, he was the Document Production Manager for Calloway Laboratories, a toxicology lab in Woburn, Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Blake’s FBLA career started his freshman year of high school, serving as secretary and president of his local chapter and parliamentarian, vice president, and president for the state of Maine. He resumed his FBLA involvement after college by joining the Professional Division and taking over the Massachusetts State Chairperson position in 2009. Blake has strengthened Massachusetts FBLA through aggressive recruitment and marketing campaigns as well as corporate partnerships, including the New England Revolution soccer club and the Boston Red Sox.

Kelly Scholl
Professional Division National Vice President
Business Education Program Specialist at the North Dakota Department of CTE

Kelly serves as the North Dakota FBLA-PBL State Chair where she runs the daily operations of North Dakota FBLA-PBL. Originally from North Dakota, Kelly moved to northern California after graduating from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelors degree in Business Education. She taught Business Education and was an FBLA adviser for 15 years. While living in California, Kelly earned a Masters degree in Education from Simpson College. Kelly moved back to North Dakota in 2001 to accept her current position.

Kelly was involved in FBLA as a high school student. She was also involved in PBL during her college years and served as a PBL state officer. Kelly started FBLA chapters in two high schools at which she taught, and she served three years on the California FBLA Board of Directors as the Northern Section Adviser. She is also a Lifetime Professional Division member. She has served two terms on the FBLA-PBL National Awards Program Committee, has been a presenter at various state and national conferences, and regularly helps  in competitive events headquarters at the National Leadership Conference.

Kelly is a life-long supporter of FBLA-PBL, and she appreciates everything that FBLA-PBL has given her over the years. She is eager to begin working with the Professional Division as vice president.

Kelvin Hill
Professional Division National Secretary/Treasurer
Teacher, Baldwyn Public School

Originally from Baldwyn, Mississippi, Kelvin works at Baldwyn Elementary and Baldwyn High School.

His FBLA involvement began as a freshman in high school when he reactivated his school’s FBLA chapter. He served as chapter president his junior and senior years, served on many committees, and completed the FBLA Winner’s Circle project.

Kelvin is a lifetime Professional Division (PD) member and remains active with the local FBLA chapter. He is eager to continue working with the PD as national secretary.
