Welcome to Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL)

Welcome to the largest and oldest business student organization in the world! A quarter of a million high school and middle school students, college and university students, faculty, educators, administrators, and business professionals have chosen to be members of the premier business education association preparing students for careers in business.

Why is FBLA-PBL so popular? It's simple. We have developed a unique value program that excites students, faculty and administrators, and business professionals to join our organization. NEW! FBLA “Go Green” Project

On September 9, 2008, the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) in cooperation with the Congressional Technical Education Caucus hosted a reception on Capitol Hill showcasing students from numerous CTSOs and the work that they are doing related to environmental and energy sustainability. FBLA National President Joseph Riley attended on behalf of the FBLA-PBL, Inc. and explained the different green projects around the nation and unveiled the new FBLA National Officer “Go Green” project.  FBLA will recognize the top local chapter from each of the five regions for the most innovative “Go Green” projects. The winners will be announced during their Regional Campaign Rally of National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California, next summer. The winning chapters will be invited participate in a panel discussion "Go Green" workshop at the National Leadership Conference to share the details of their projects to chapters throughout the nation.
